Shipping and delivery
We send all our packages with DHL or PostNord. These are the two leading delivery services in Sweden and the Nordic countries, so you can be sure that your product is handled in the best way. Please note that during holidays and high loads, deliveries may be delayed.
Shipping terms
All prices on products include VAT. We supply all products and accessories with a shipping cost of 49 SEK/order regardless of the number of goods. Free shipping for orders over 250 SEK. Outside Sweden (within Europe), the shipping cost will be 4,9 Euro/order and free shipping for orders over 25 Euro.
Delivery time
Usually the order is sent the working day after payment is received and it usually takes 1-3 working days within Sweden to receive the order. Within Europe it can take up to 4-7 working days.
Delivery status
Once we have received your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation from us via email.
